- Focuses on Thinking Modification Models.
- Learning to identify the anger and 5 forms of abuse which can arise from it.
- Learning to identify the feelings which precede anger.
- Learning to identify self-defeating thinking patterns, and how to effectively change them.
- Learning how to apply the understanding of own anger, effectively managing it in everyday life, outside the group setting, and sharing the experiences of success, facilitating newer members' learning.
- The program is 12 weeks.
