They listen and work with you to develop a trusting relationship and a treatment program that will get you well.

We design treatment programs to be uncomplicated, effective, and tailored to your individual needs. But for this to work, we need your commitment too. So, let’s get started!

We will provide the best and most comprehensive care for our clients and their families.
Our goal is for our clients to realize and live a life full of hope and joy.

Jacques Nir, LCSW, serves as PAC program’s Chief Operating Officer for all operations. Mr. Nir has spent his career re-establishing clinics that provide a holistic approach to care. For the last 23 years, he has held leadership roles in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Agencies. According to Mr. Nir, “substance abuse isn’t an isolated medical diagnosis. 80% of substance abusers experience comorbidity of substance use disorder and mental health challenges. That’s why it’s important that we identify how to bill for services using the APG codes and provide care with a harm reduction – medical model philosophy.” Mr. Nir continues to develop policies that take into account that most clients have multiple needs that need to be addressed.
