Programs

Straightforward, uncomplicated and designed to fit your needs. We give you the best and most comprehensive care.

Treatment that fits into your life.

PAC Outpatient Treatment Programs are built upon our experience helping hundreds of clients successfully recover from addiction and mental health disorders, and we will find the right program for you.

To successfully recover, you have to embrace your treatment program and commit to attending all individual and group therapy sessions. You also need to be in a program that will allow you to enjoy a fulfilling life outside treatment. That’s why we offer most of our services five days per week both via telehealth and in-person at one of  our conveniently located centers throughout NYC.

For many, virtual sessions are just as effective as traditional face-to-face treatments. PAC telehealth programs allow our therapists to connect with you and provide counseling services in ways that best suit your schedule, responsibilities, and needs.

However, if you prefer, come into one of PAC’s newly renovated facilities for your individual and/or group treatment sessions. Meeting in the privacy of your counselor’s office and personally with others in recovery creates an atmosphere that can be very beneficial in moving forward to a life full of hope and opportunity.

We know that recovery takes time, but you can do it.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

If you are just starting to recover or transitioning from a higher level of care, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) may be the best level of care.

PAC’s IOP program is evidence-based and structured. We have the most experienced counselors and other medical professionals to help you overcome addiction and a wide variety of mental health issues. All IOP treatment sessions are available by telehealth or in-person.

Most of our clients spend 4-6 weeks in IOP before transitioning into our Outpatient Therapy and Counseling program.

Intensive outpatient treatment can be as effective as inpatient treatment. However, you must show up and participate in all the program sessions.

The program includes:

  • Individualized plans
  • Group, individual, education, and family sessions

Our goal is to improve your physical and emotional well-being and give you the support needed to overcome addiction. The compassionate and highly trained doctors leading our MAT program will work with your counselors to assess if MAT would help you succeed in recovery and identify the right prescription medication for you.

Our MAT plan medications include:

Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, and Sublocade), a medication that helps prevent cravings for opioids and makes withdrawal feel less intense.

Naltrexone (Vivitrol), a monthly injectable medication that has been clinically proven to reduce the chances of relapse.

Psychiatric Medication During your MAT program, dedicated PAC therapists will provide you with psychiatric counseling designed to help you prevent relapse and lead a healthy, addiction-free life.
